- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the application or its related systems or networks.
- Transmitting any viruses, worms, defects, or other items of a destructive nature.
- Using the application to transmit spam or unsolicited messages.
4. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: The application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Agristartexam and its licensors. The application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
- License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Agristartexam grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the application for your personal and non-commercial use.

6. Termination

- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Agristartexam, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the application; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the application; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our application by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the application; and/or (vi) any other matters relating to the application, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agristartexam and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees.
