- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the course content and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund within 2 hours of the purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you change your mind about a course or subscription after purchase.
- Promotional or Discounted Purchases: Courses purchased during a promotion, sale, or using a discount code may not be eligible for a refund.
- Partial Completion: If you have completed more than 5% of the course or have downloaded a significant portion of the content, a refund will not be issued.
